Leadership & Team Updates

We would like to share some important updates within the Singapore Rowing Association team as we continue strengthening the organisation and supporting the growth of our athletes and programmes.
On 1st November 2025, Aloysious joined the Singapore Rowing team as a General Manager, contributing towards the continued growth and operations of the association.
On 17th March 2026, Giorgio officially joined Singapore Rowing and has since taken on the role of Head Coach, bringing with him valuable experience and a strong vision for athlete development. He will be leading the continued growth and progression of Singapore Rowing athletes.
From 1st April 2026 onwards, Jake officially took over Joan’s role as Sports Development Officer and will be overseeing outreach initiatives, programme development, and athlete engagement matters. Members are welcome to reach out to him for any enquiries relating to outreach, programmes, or development matters.
After much dedication and contribution to the organisation, Joan officially stepped down from her role on 17th April 2026. We would like to sincerely thank her for all her hard work, commitment, and support during her time with us. Her efforts have been greatly appreciated, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
